Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay right after booking — you'll be taken straight to Stripe's secure payment page.
Choosing the £10 deposit reserves your slot — the remaining balance is due when your shoes are ready for collection or return. Home pickup adds a flat £10 to your order, on top of the service price.
If you're unsatisfied, message us within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned pair(s). Late responses or delayed payments may delay your service. Your payment confirms your agreement to these terms.
