How long does a clean take?
Standard is 3–5 days, Express is 2–3 days, and Next Day is back with you the following day.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot.
How are points awarded?
Points are credited when your order reaches Completed status. Tiers: Carbon (0–99 pts), Stone (100–499 pts), Pearl (500+ pts).
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Message us within 24 hours of getting your pair back. Before and after photos are taken for every order as a record.
