Standard cleans take 24–48 hours. Express is same-day.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot.

How are points awarded?

Points are credited when your order reaches Completed status. Tiers: Carbon (0–99 pts), Stone (100–499 pts), Pearl (500+ pts).
